Handmade, gluten-free cheese pies with rustic dough and PDO feta cheese made by pastry chef Marinos Kosmas, who created the first certified gluten-free pastry & bakery in Greece.
Use: Defrost for 25'-30', place in a preheated oven and bake for 20'-25'.
The package contains 5 pies.

Dough for pies 60%: Yoghurt 10% (cow's milk, cream milk, milk protein, yoghurt culture), flour mix (rice, tapioca, potato), thickener (xanthan gum), Gluten-free baking mix (gluten-free wheat starch, skimmed milk powder, sugar, gelling agent (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), baking powder (glucono-d-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), mineral (iron), vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid)], whole fresh egg, olive oil, sunflower oil, gluten-free wheat starch, potato starch, rice flour, fibres, corn flour, raising agent (glycogen-d-lactone), thickening agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, guar gum), salt.
Filling for pies 40%: Feta Cheese PDO in brine 87.5% [goat and sheep milk (70% min sheep and 30% max goat), salt, cultures, rennet], fresh whole egg.
May contain traces of sesame seeds, soya, celery, mustard, peanuts and tree nuts.
